Overview of Program
Our Synfast Representatives are Managers or Area Supervisors that oversee their local Synfast Service Centers operations. You and your drivers will always have a familiar face that will be on site to address your needs. They will gladly follow up and help you fill out the application and fully explain our products and services.
We use manufacture’s recommended mileage intervals and our 25 point Safety Check to develop a Preventative Maintenance (PM) Service Plan to meet the needs of your fleet and your budget to keep your vehicles on the road.
Whether you need specific grades of oil for different vehicles or if you want to set up a standard authorized services list for your drivers, our Fleet Manager will develop a PM Service Plan with a set approval and authorization list: you retain all of the control. All accounts needing Purchase Order approvals are made via telephone by our dedicated Service Center staff for authorization, ensuring consistency in pricing and services.
Your PM Plan will establish optimal service schedules for all your vehicles based on time intervals and mileage. Invoices will be emailed directly to you instantly.
Each vehicle will have records of all Synfast services via Carfax so all of your Service History for each vehicle is accessible at any time with ease via the Carfax app. More detailed computerized maintenance records are also available upon request.

We understand that drivers may sometimes misplace invoices or fail to get them to you or your AP department. Combined with weekly invoicing for Fleet On Account customers and summarized monthly statements, recording keeping for your fleet will stay organized without having to and always accessible in the future.
